Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources to ensure high data quality for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical modeling and forecasting to support business strategy and identify growth opportunities.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights and present recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data workflows and recommend automation solutions to improve operational productivity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures) and Python or R.
- Visualization: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to a diverse audience.
