Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in Remote and Albuquerque-based offices to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Build predictive models and statistical analyses to forecast market trends and customer behavior.
- Automate manual reporting processes to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
- Present findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Expert proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for advanced analytics.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
