Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to visualize KPIs and business metrics
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
- Partner with product and marketing teams to define analytics requirements and deliver insights
- A/B test experimental features and provide recommendations based on data-driven results
- Document methodologies, processes, and findings for knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record of delivering insights
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in hypothesis testing and regression analysis
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and big data technologies (Spark, Hive)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical findings for non-technical stakeholders
