Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets
- Create compelling data visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, and custom Python/R scripts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track business performance metrics
- Build predictive models to identify market trends and optimize operational efficiency
- Present actionable insights to executive stakeholders through clear, concise reports
- A/B test hypotheses and validate analytical outcomes through statistical methods
- Automate reporting workflows to enhance team productivity and data accessibility
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record in tech or SaaS industries
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis tools
- Advanced knowledge of data visualization platforms (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (AWS Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery)
- Strong business acumen to translate technical findings into strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex data narratives
