Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-performance backend services using Java/Python
- Collaborate with UX designers to implement responsive front-end solutions (React)
- Optimize database queries and implement microservices architecture
- Write clean, testable code following CI/CD best practices
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and performance bottlenecks
- Mentor junior developers through pair programming sessions

Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
