Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex data models to support predictive analytics for patient care optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Create compelling visualizations using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting systems to track KPIs across 15+ healthcare facilities
- Conduct ad-hoc statistical analysis to identify operational inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation protocols and ETL processes
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in data governance and visualization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with healthcare industry background
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and R statistical programming
- Advanced Tableau and Power BI certification with portfolio of complex dashboards
- Strong knowledge of statistical modeling techniques and machine learning algorithms
- Experience with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) and compliance regulations (HIPAA)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
