Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis to identify business opportunities and risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and success metrics
- Present data-driven recommendations to leadership with clear business impact narratives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analytics experience with remote work exposure

- Strong experience with statistical modeling and A/B testing methodologies
