Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical methods to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Design and implement A/B tests to optimize business strategies
- Present data-driven recommendations to leadership through compelling narratives
- Maintain data integrity and improve ETL processes for scalability
- Mentor junior analysts and champion best practices in data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with remote work exposure
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong experience with statistical analysis and experimental design
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business insights
- Excellent communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data warehousing
