Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL pipelines to support real-time reporting.
- Create and manage interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct in-depth data analysis and statistical modeling to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define data requirements and translate business questions into technical solutions.
- Present clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership to influence strategic decision-making.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity across all data warehouses and analytics platforms.
- Stay current with industry best practices in data analytics, machine learning, and data visualization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist, with a strong preference for candidates in remote-first roles.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, Redshift, or BigQuery) and Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn).
- Expert-level experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, A/B testing, and experimental design.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
