Responsibilities
- Data Visualization: Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Data Management: Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and quality of data by performing ETL processes and cleaning data from various sources.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations) to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders, explaining complex data findings in a clear, concise manner.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current data workflows and propose automated solutions to streamline operations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (advanced querying), Python or R, and experience with data warehousing concepts.
- Tools: Expert level experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
