Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL pipelines to support business intelligence needs.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and optimize operational efficiency.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Present complex data insights to executive leadership in a clear, compelling, and actionable manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Microsoft SQL Server).
- Strong hands-on experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and scripting is highly preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and data integrity.
