What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and patterns.
- Design and develop complex data models and dashboards using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting requirements.
- Perform statistical analysis to support business decision-making and strategic planning.
- Present data findings and insights to executive leadership in a clear and compelling manner.
- Maintain and optimize data pipelines to ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the data workflow.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (strong knowledge of complex queries, joins, and stored procedures).
- Expert-level experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong visualization skills with experience in Tableau or PowerBI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
