Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Mining: Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to uncover hidden trends and patterns.
- Interactive Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to communicate complex data findings to stakeholders.
- Strategic Business Intelligence: Collaborate with department heads to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against strategic goals.
- Process Optimization: Streamline data collection and reporting workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Predictive Modeling: Develop predictive models to assist in budgeting and long-term strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python, and BI tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical data into non-technical business insights for diverse audiences.
- Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to Colorado Springs (relocation package provided).
