Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform complex datasets using SQL, Python, and ETL tools.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI for real-time monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and business goals.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to forecast trends and mitigate risks.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, actionable manner.
- Optimize data pipelines and improve data quality assurance processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and scripting languages (Python/R).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
