- Design and maintain SQL databases and perform complex queries to extract key metrics.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for growth.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure data quality and integrity across all analytical projects.

Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy.
- Dashboard Creation: Build interactive dashboards that allow stakeholders to monitor KPIs in real-time.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct A/B testing and regression analysis to drive product and marketing strategies.
- Report Generation: Create comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for executive leadership.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate complex findings to non-technical teams in a digestible format.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data workflows and propose automated solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a part-time or freelance capacity.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Python or R.
- Visualization: Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability: Must be available for 20-25 hours per week, with flexibility for meetings during US business hours.
