Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform complex data cleaning, transformation, and modeling using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into analytical requirements.
- Conduct statistical analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to executive leadership to support strategic planning.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
