In this role, you will own the data narrative for our core products. You will work directly with product managers and engineers to optimize our data pipelines, visualize key metrics, and drive strategic decisions that impact millions of users.
Responsibilities
- Data Engineering & Cleaning: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) massive datasets from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Visual Analytics: Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
- Statistical Modeling: Conduct A/B testing, regression analysis, and predictive modeling to evaluate product performance.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive weekly and monthly reports that translate technical findings into business value.
- Automation: Automate reporting workflows to reduce manual effort and increase data availability.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Visualization: Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with Tableau or Power BI.
- Tools: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and big data technologies (Hadoop/Spark).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
