Responsibilities
- Data Ingestion & Modeling: Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis.
- Visualization: Create compelling dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- SQL Development: Write complex SQL queries to extract data from multiple sources and automate reporting processes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and strategic goals.
- Insight Generation: Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities to optimize business processes and improve user experience.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data pipelines, methodologies, and findings for the team.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R.
- Tools: Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with ETL tools.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
