Responsibilities
- Data Strategy & Modeling: Design, develop, and maintain complex data models to support business intelligence and reporting needs.
- Visualization: Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to visualize KPIs and trends for stakeholders.
- SQL & ETL: Write efficient SQL queries and develop ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform deep-dive statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and optimize product features.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable business recommendations for executive leadership and product teams.
- Process Improvement: Identify data quality issues and implement automated processes to improve data accuracy and reliability.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related data role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) is mandatory.
- Tools: Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on deriving actionable insights.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
