Responsibilities
- Transform raw data into clear, actionable insights through advanced statistical modeling and trend analysis.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for executive leadership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and engineering teams to identify data-driven opportunities for optimization.
- Build and optimize SQL queries and data pipelines to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical experiments to validate product changes and marketing strategies.
- Document data methodologies and present findings to non-technical stakeholders in a compelling narrative format.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into business recommendations.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
