Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform raw data from various sources into structured, usable formats for analysis.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize complex SQL queries and database structures to support business intelligence.
- Create interactive dashboards and visual reports using Tableau or Power BI to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal security protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
