Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth analysis of complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and PowerBI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure data quality.
- Write optimized SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from large relational databases.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, visual format.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide timely alerts for anomalies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within a 24/7 operational environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages like Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts.
