As a Data Analyst on our team, you will be the bridge between raw data and business strategy. You will work with cutting-edge tools to uncover trends, optimize processes, and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop and maintain complex ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines to ensure data integrity.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or PowerBI for executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot data quality issues.
- Document data models and analysis methodologies for team knowledge sharing.
- Support strategic decision-making by providing actionable insights from complex datasets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a 24/7 or shift-based environment.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Must be available to work the Night Shift schedule.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings to non-technical audiences.
