Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity for analysis.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for leadership.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to uncover patterns, anomalies, and trends that impact business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and implement data-driven solutions.
- Maintain and update data models and documentation to support ongoing business needs.
- Conduct A/B testing and market research to optimize product features and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Data Analysis, preferably in a night shift environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages (Python or R).
- Advanced experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during the night shift schedule.
