As a Senior Data Analyst, you will serve as the bridge between raw data and strategic business decisions. You will leverage your expertise to ensure data integrity, generate actionable insights, and build robust reporting structures. Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and optimize SQL queries and ETL pipelines to support nightly reporting cycles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and improve data quality standards.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership to support high-stakes decision-making.
- Perform statistical analysis to forecast business trends and evaluate project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar technical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Proven experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be willing and able to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
