Responsibilities
- Analyze complex, high-volume datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive business growth.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, and Looker.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous testing, validation, and cleaning of data pipelines.
- Prepare clear, concise, and compelling reports for executive stakeholders and technical audiences alike.
- Optimize data models and SQL queries to improve query performance and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Expert level experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment and adapt to a night shift schedule.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
