Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic business decisions.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries and Python scripts for data extraction and transformation.
- Design interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and quality through rigorous testing and validation processes.
- Monitor data pipelines and troubleshoot issues during the night shift to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle).
- Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Must be available and willing to work rotating Night Shift schedules.
