Responsibilities
- 24/7 Data Integrity: Monitor, clean, and validate large datasets overnight to ensure accuracy for the business.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI and Tableau specifically tailored for night shift leadership reporting.
- Root Cause Analysis: Investigate data anomalies and outliers reported during the evening and night cycles.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams in both Kansas City and Texas to standardize reporting protocols and data definitions.
- Automated Reporting: Script automated data extraction processes to reduce manual workload during off-hours.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a shift-based or 24/7 operational environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Visualization: Advanced experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Shift Availability: Must be willing and able to work the Night Shift (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Relocation: Must be willing to relocate from Kansas City, MO, to Texas (Relocation assistance included).
