As a key member of our night team, you will ensure our data pipelines run smoothly and deliver actionable insights to our stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL and Python to support 24/7 business intelligence initiatives.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop reporting frameworks.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to uncover trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities.
- Document data processes, schemas, and ensure high standards of data quality and integrity.
- Present complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Optimize existing data pipelines to improve efficiency and reduce processing time during off-peak hours.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) for complex querying and data manipulation.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R.
- Expertise in visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Mandatory: Must be available and willing to work the Night Shift schedule.
- Willingness to relocate to Oklahoma City, OK (Relocation assistance provided).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
