Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Manage and maintain night shift databases, ensuring data accuracy and availability for morning teams.
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize complex data sets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform data cleaning and transformation using SQL and Python to ensure high-quality datasets.
- Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for executive leadership.
- Identify and resolve data anomalies and troubleshoot data pipeline issues during off-hours.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis or Data Science roles.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures) and Python for data manipulation.
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI.
- Must be willing and able to work Night Shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
