Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large volumes of raw data from various sources using SQL and Python.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to identify business trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear visualizations and presentations.
- Collaborate with operations and management teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a 24/7 operational or support environment.
- Proficiency in SQL (Advanced querying, joins, stored procedures) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib).
- Strong working knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data insights effectively.
