Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in support of business objectives.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Extract, clean, and transform data from various sources into structured formats for analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide actionable recommendations.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across all nightly reporting cycles.
- Document data models, processes, and analytical methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures) and Python/R for data manipulation.
- Experience creating visualizations in Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift schedule (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
