Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure high-quality data for analysis.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for night-operations teams.
- Conduct complex statistical analysis and forecasting to support business planning and risk management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Write optimized SQL queries to retrieve data and generate automated reporting pipelines.
- Monitor data pipelines during night shifts to troubleshoot and resolve any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with ETL processes.
- Strong working knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation.
- Proven experience creating visualizations in Tableau or Power BI.
- Ability to work effectively during night shifts and maintain peak productivity.
