Responsibilities
- Data Interpretation: Analyze complex, high-volume datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Reporting: Create detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations using SQL, Python, and BI tools (Tableau/PowerBI) to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Data Integrity: Perform rigorous data cleaning, validation, and transformation to ensure accuracy and consistency across all systems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (including engineering and product management) to define data requirements and solve technical problems.
- Night Operations: Monitor data pipelines and system performance during night shifts to ensure 24/7 business continuity.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data models, processes, and analysis methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in Data Analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python or R, and experience with data visualization tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) with the ability to adapt to changing schedules.
