We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in New York City. In this role, you will be responsible for interpreting complex data sets and translating them into actionable business insights that drive growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex data models and database architectures to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and PowerBI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within large datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous cleaning, validation, and normalization processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating relational databases.
- Strong coding skills in Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
