Responsibilities
- Analyze large volumes of data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for the business.
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and dashboards using tools like Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Perform data quality checks and cleansing to ensure accuracy and reliability of reporting.
- Prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, and executive summaries for stakeholders.
- Optimize data collection procedures to improve data quality and retrieval speed.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains through data analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a night shift environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
