Responsibilities
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze nightly operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain complex dashboards and automated reports using SQL and visualization tools.
- Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data pipelines during off-hours processing.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present findings to leadership in a clear, concise, and visually compelling manner.

Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Availability: Must be available for Night Shift work (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
