Responsibilities
- Data Extraction & Cleansing: Gather, clean, and validate complex datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support business strategy and operational efficiency.
- Automated Reporting: Automate reporting processes to reduce manual errors and free up time for strategic analysis.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical data solutions.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, with a proven track record in night shift environments preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R. Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
