Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL pipelines to support night-time data processing tasks.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting requirements.
- Create automated dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or PowerBI to track real-time metrics.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all nightly data feeds and reporting systems.
- Document data models, technical specifications, and analysis methodologies.
- Conduct root cause analysis for data discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the tech or financial sector.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages such as Python or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and effectively during the night shift.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical findings for non-technical stakeholders.
