Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable software solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to drive product vision from concept to launch.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, architecture design, and implementation.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the team.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automation tools to streamline development processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Proficiency in at least two modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, or TypeScript).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Proven track record of working in Agile/Scrum environments.
