Role Overview:
As a Data Analyst, you will be the strategic bridge between raw data and high-level business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs), optimize operational processes, and build scalable data infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Design and develop complex SQL queries and data models to support reporting needs.
- Create interactive, high-performance dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define data requirements and improve data quality.
- Present analytical findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle) and Excel.
- Experience programming with Python or R for data manipulation and automation.
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
