Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources using SQL, Python, and ETL tools.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for leadership.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and forecasting to support business strategy and product development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and define success metrics.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular audits and validation checks.
- Generate comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports for executive stakeholders.
- Mentor junior analysts and document complex data processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures).
- Strong experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R.
- Expert level skills in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience working in a 24/7 operations environment or Night Shift preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
