Responsibilities
- Data Modeling & Architecture: Design, build, and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines to ensure data accuracy and integrity across the organization.
- Advanced Analytics: Conduct in-depth statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business optimization.
- Visualization: Create interactive, high-level dashboards using tools like Tableau and Power BI to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Product) to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and translate business questions into analytical solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current reporting processes and implement automated solutions to increase efficiency and reduce manual reporting time.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the financial services or tech industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Python or R for data manipulation, and experience with visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
- Statistical Knowledge: Strong understanding of statistical methods, A/B testing, and regression analysis.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
