Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to implementation for web and mobile platforms
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping to uncover user needs
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across digital products
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect implementations
- Analyze user behavior data to inform design decisions and optimize experiences
- Mentor junior designers and champion UX best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Expertise in user research methodologies, usability testing, and data analysis
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Deep understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design principles
- Experience collaborating with agile development teams in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders
