Responsibilities
- Drive Decision-Making: Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities that inform strategic business decisions.
- Visualization: Design and maintain high-level dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all systems by performing rigorous data cleaning and validation processes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to define metrics and reporting needs.
- Process Improvement: Develop automated reporting solutions to reduce manual workload and increase efficiency.
- Research: Stay updated on industry best practices in data analysis and apply new methodologies to our workflows.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in data analysis, preferably within the technology or fintech sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R; strong experience with data visualization tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery) is a plus.
