Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to track KPIs and performance metrics in real-time.
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Extract, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct complex statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, correlations, and growth opportunities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product and marketing teams to translate business questions into analytical queries and actionable reports.
- Automated Reporting: Develop automated reporting pipelines to reduce manual effort and increase the availability of timely data insights.
- Database Management: Query relational databases (SQL) to retrieve specific data sets efficiently and optimize query performance.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analytical models for team reference.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Python (Pandas/NumPy) for data manipulation and analysis.
- Tools: Expert-level knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex findings to non-technical audiences effectively.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues and derive insights.
