Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business questions and translate them into analytical hypotheses.
- Extract, clean, and process large datasets using SQL and Python to ensure high data quality and integrity.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI.
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support product development and marketing strategies.
- Present complex data findings to executive leadership and non-technical audiences in a clear, compelling manner.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
- Optimize data pipelines and contribute to the continuous improvement of our data infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data warehousing.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (including complex queries, stored procedures, and optimization).
- Strong experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to data analysis.
