Responsibilities
- Perform complex data analysis and modeling to support business initiatives and identify key growth opportunities.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand data needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct deep-dive audits of data pipelines to ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency across the organization.
- Automate reporting processes using Python and SQL to increase operational efficiency.
- Present complex analytical findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau and/or Power BI.
- Deep understanding of statistical analysis, A/B testing, and data mining techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
