Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Processing: Gather, clean, and preprocess large volumes of structured and unstructured data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Dashboard Creation: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies within the data.
- Reporting & Insights: Generate comprehensive reports and present actionable insights to management, translating complex data into clear business narratives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Engineering) to understand data requirements and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement and recommend data-driven strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of professional experience in Data Analysis, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to deconstruct complex problems and derive meaningful insights from raw data.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and ETL processes is a plus.
