Responsibilities
- Data Management: Collect, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform deep-dive analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations that inform strategic decision-making.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data collection processes and propose automated solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (querying, stored procedures), Python (pandas, numpy), and Excel (advanced formulas).
- Visualization: Strong experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate data into business value.
